SAUERKRAUT AND PORK ROAST 
3 to 4 lb. pork roast or pork ribs (either)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pts. sauerkraut

Place meat in roaster. Place sauerkraut smothered over, salt, pepper and onions over top. 2 quarts water over. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes.
