CORNBREAD DRESSING TO GO WITH
TURKEY
 
5 c. cubed cornbread, dried
5 c. cubed white bread, dried
1 c. diced celery
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 c. turkey broth
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all dry ingredients. Mix eggs and milk and add to dry ingredients along with broth and melted butter mixing carefully. Dressing should be moist but not soggy. Spray a 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam and put dressing in. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12 to 15.
