BAKED STUFF POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, baked
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cheese, grated
Paprika

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp leaving a thin shell. Whip pulp with butter and milk until light and fluffy. Add salt and pile into shells. Sprinkle with cheese and bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 8.
