LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. meat (sausage or hamburger or both in combination)
1/2 c. onions
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. basil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 clove garlic, minced

Brown together and add 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste, 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce, and 1 large can tomato puree. Place 3/4 to 1 cup of sauce in bottom of glass 9 x 13 inch pan, layer of lasagna noodles, dab approximately 1/2 Ricotta cheese every 2 to 3 inches, sprinkle with Parmesan, sprinkle with Mozzarella, cover with sauce, and repeat until full. Top with grated Mozzarella. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly.
