CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM TOPPING 
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients of cocoa, sugar, salt and water in heavy bottom saucepan. Boil 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Keeps indefinitely in refrigerator. Good ice cream topping.
