AUNT JEAN'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE
TOPPING
 
2 (1 oz.) baking chocolate squares, unsweetened
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. sugar
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. cream

Heat milk, sugar and cream to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Add chocolate, stir until melted. Beat over heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in butter.
