CHUTNEY-CHICKEN SALAD 
4 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. commercial chutney
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
Lettuce leaves
Apple slices (optional)

Combine chicken, mayonnaise, chutney, curry, salt, and lime juice in large bowl and toss to mix. Cover and let chill thoroughly. Stir in toasted almonds before serving. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish salad with apple slices, if desired. Yield: 4 1/2 cups.
