8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 orange, peeled, cut in bite size pieces
Grated peel of 1/2 fresh orange
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Blend orange and raisins in blender. Mix all ingredients. Best on whole wheat bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
