6 med. sized yams or sweet potatoes, cooked & peeled 1/3 c. butter 1/3 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 tsp. salt Melt butter in skillet over low heat; blend in sugar and salt. Increase heat and bring to boiling. Add potatoes and cook over medium heat, turning potatoes several times, about 20 minutes or until potatoes are well glazed and thoroughly heated. 4 to 6 servings. |
