ALL PURPOSE RELISH 
1 gallon cabbage, grated (2 heads)
3 lg. onions, chopped
2 big bell peppers, chopped
3 carrots, grated
1 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 c. mustard, in jar

Mix together and boil for 25-30 minutes. Put in jars and seal. Makes about 7 pints.
