ALL PURPOSE SEASONING | |
6 tbsp. non fat dry milk powder 2 1/2 tbsp. instant minced onion 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed 3/4 tsp. ground celery seed 3/4 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Place milk powder, onion, bouillon granules, parsley, thyme, celery seed, paprika, pepper and garlic powder in a blender container. Cover and blend at medium speed until mixture is finely ground, scraping sides of container occasionally. Transfer to a jar with a shaker top. Store in a cool, dry place. To use, sprinkle on cottage cheese, eggs, tomatoes, potatoes, steamed vegetables, salads or fish. Makes about 2/3 cup. |
