PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. pecans
1 c. club soda
1 box pistachio pudding (instant)

FROSTING:

1 box pistachio pudding
1 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
Optional: Cherries & pecans to decorate

Cake: Mix cake mix and pudding mix together. Add eggs, cooking oil, club soda and pecans. Beat for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees according to directions on cake mix.

Frosting: Beat the pudding mix and cup of milk until thick and frosty. Fold in pudding to Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake. Garnish with cherries and pecans.
