PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. Maraschino cherries, well drained
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix the dry cake mix, dry pudding mix, eggs, oil and sour cream, beating well. (Do not add the liquid and other ingredients listed on the box of pudding or cake mix.) The batter will be very thick. Stir in nuts, cherries and chocolate chips. Grease and lightly flour a bundt pan. Add batter. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
