PISTACHIO CAKE 
30 Oreos
2 sm. pkgs. pistachio pudding
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Cherry slices
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

CRUST: In food processor, chop up Oreos. When chopped up, then add butter and mix. Press this into a 9x13 inch dish and put in freezer for 30 minutes.

FILLING: Combine and whip with wire whipper 2 packages of pistachio pudding and mix. Add softened vanilla ice cream and mix. Pour over crust and let set in freezer until ready to serve.

Add Cool Whip before serving and place cherry slices on top in any arrangement. Enjoy!
