FRESH RASPBERRY CAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 tsp. salt

Spread batter in shallow cake pan. Sprinkle 1 pint raspberries and 2 tablespoons sugar over batter. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. While warm, put on thin powdered sugar frosting.
