DAVE'S CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 - 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
6 slices American cheese
1 tomato (med. to lg.), sliced
1/2 env. onion soup mix (optional)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs

Lightly grease 9 inch pie plate. Scramble ground beef with salt and if desired approximately 1/2 envelope of dry onion soup mix. Drain excess fat from beef.

In large bowl, mix milk, Bisquick and eggs; beat until smooth. Transfer beef to pie plate. Pour Bisquick mixture over beef. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with tomato slices, then cover with cheese slices. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Allow to cool for a couple minutes before serving.
