1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees lightly grease 9 inch pie plate. Cook beef and onions, drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before cutting.
