BANANA WALNUT BREAD 
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped
Walnuts

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Mix in dry ingredients. Add milk and vanilla. Add walnuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour.

This turned out great! There were white areas inside the bread loaf, though-not sure why. I added a topping of cinamon, sugar, and walnuts, which added to the flavor. I also used "ener-g" egg replacer instead of eggs.

I made this bread and it came out great but I did make a few adjustments. I used 1 cup regular flour and 1 cup whole wheat flour and instead of milk I used 3 Tbsp greek yogurt and it was wonderful but it came out more like a cake then bread which we loved anyway.

Great recipe! I changd the flour so that there was a 50-50 split between whole wheat & all purpose ; also substituted the milk with sour cream, and added nutmeg, cinnamon & a little all-spice... So yummy! Thanks for posting this recipe!!
