SUGAR FREE BANANA WALNUT CAKE 
2/3 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. softened butter
3 lg. eggs
3/4 c. water
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Beat banana and butter until creamy. Add eggs and water and beat well. Add dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Fold in walnuts and raisins. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
