10 lbs. potatoes, cooked
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 eggs, beaten

Heat vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper to boiling point. Stir constantly, adding beaten eggs until slightly thickened. Cool, and stir in 1 quart salad dressing or mayonnaise. Add 1 1/2 dozen hard-boiled eggs, 2 cups chopped celery and a little onion.
