CHOPSTICK TUNA 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna in water, drained & flaked
1/2 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
2 tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
Vegetable cooking spray
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, undrained
1 1/2 oz. chow mein noodles, divided
1 med. tomato, diced
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions

Developed for diabetics or if on low-fat, low-cholesterol diet or if you just like to eat health.

Place tuna in medium size bowl. Combine soup, milk and water with tuna. Stirring well; add frozen peas, water chestnuts, half of noodles, tomato, celery, onion and soy sauce; toss lightly to mix.

Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish coated with cooking spray and top with remaining noodles. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Serving amount 1 cup. Exchanges 1 starch and 1/2 lean meat. Cholesterol 9 mg. Calories 109. Carbohydrates 13 gm. Protein 7 mg. Fat 2 gm. Fiber 1 gm. Sodium 236 mg.
