PASTA W/BROCCOLI 
1 lb. pasta (any kind, ziti works well)
5-6 cloves fresh garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (cuts)
Salt & pepper to taste

Note: Can add cooked chicken to make a complete main course.

Saute garlic in oil until tender (do not burn). Cook pasta according to package directions. Cook broccoli according to package directions until crisp tender. Add broccoli to oil/garlic mixture; coat well. Add pasta, salt and pepper to taste; coat well, stirring until heated through. Toss with grated cheese. Serve with warm crusty bread and a salad.
