MOM'S PUMPKIN PIE 
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. maple syrup
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. milk

Mix pumpkin and syrup. Mix flour, salt, spices and sugar. Beat eggs in one at a time. Add milk; mix well. Put in unbaked crust. Makes two 9 inch pies. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
