APPLE BUTTER NUT CAKE 
1 c. finely chopped nuts
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 c. peeled finely chopped apples (1 med.)
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. apple butter
4 eggs

Mix first 3 ingredients together in a bowl; set aside. Mix remainder of ingredients in a large bowl and beat well, about 2 minutes at high speed. Pour 3 cups batter in tube pan, sprinkle with half of nut mixture. Repeat, ending with batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes, turn onto serving plate. Cool completely.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp. apple butter

In small bowl blend until smooth and spoon over cake.
