FESTIVAL MIXED SALAD 
2 qt. mixed salad greens
3 c. uncooked broccoli flowerets
3 c. uncooked cauliflowerets
2 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. Italian dressing
1/3 c. imitation bacon

In a large salad bowl, combine salad greens, broccoli flowerets, cauliflowerets, zucchini, and mushrooms; chill. Just before serving, toss with Italian dressing and bacon. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
