MIXED VEGETABLE COLACHE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. green beans, trimmed & cut
1 tbsp. butter
1 ear corn, remove kernels
2 green peppers, diced
3 zucchini, cut into bite-size pieces
1 lg. tomato, cut into bite-size pieces
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Put onion, green beans and butter into a covered 2 quart casserole. Cook, covered, 3 minutes on high in microwave oven. Add green beans, green peppers and corn. Stir, cook, covered, 2 more minutes. Add zucchini and tomatoes. Cook until zucchini is tender (about 6 minutes), stirring at least twice. Season and serve. Yield 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
