“AVOCADO DIP” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS

AVOCADO DIP 
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
pinch garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon salt (more or less, to taste)
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mashed avocado pulp
1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese

Combine lemon juice, onion, garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce with avocado pulp.

Gradually add mixture to softened cream cheese and mix until well blended.

Serve with chips or crackers.

Makes about 2 cups.
