BEEF POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced onion

Brown hamburger; add tomatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. In a 2 quart casserole layer the potatoes, celery, green pepper and onions. Top with meat mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
