HAMBURGER & POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 can peas, drained 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 box Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes Pan fry hamburger and drain. Mix hamburger with Cheddar cheese soup. Do not dilute soup; mix well. Preheat oven to 450 degrees to bake potatoes as directed. Line a baking dish with hamburger and soup mixture then layer peas on top. When potatoes are done layer them on top of peas. Pour remaining juice over top and pop in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Heat through. |
