BEEF, BEAN AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (16-20 oz. bag) frozen green beans
10 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, browned and excess fat drained
8 oz. pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Spread browned beef evenly in bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Dot with 1/2 of a can of soup; spread frozen beans on next. Dot with butter then dot with 1/2 can of soup; next layer thin sliced potatoes, salting and peppering to taste, then spread remaining can of soup over potatoes. Cover loosely with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours or 450 degree oven 1 hour 15-30 minutes. Last 15 minutes of baking remove foil and sprinkle with cheese.
