PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Cream first 5 ingredients until light and fluffy. Place 1 vanilla wafer in cupcake paper in cupcake pan. Place cream cheese mixture on cookie filling 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees until set, 15-20 minutes. Cool slightly. Spread cherry pie filling on top. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve. Makes 24.
