PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Mix ingredients together. Put vanilla wafers in bottom of cupcake liner. Fill 2/3 full of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate.
