PETITE CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafer cookies
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla together until light and fluffy. Line muffin tins with paper bake cups and place 1 vanilla wafer in each one. Fill cups 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each cheesecake with pie filling. Makes 24. Easy and good dessert for parties.
