BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. fried, drained sausage
1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. thawed hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
5 slightly beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk

Fry and drain sausage. Press crescent rolls into 12" pizza pan. Seal seams and create a crust. Sprinkle sausage over dough, add hash browns and cheeses. In a separate bowl, slightly beat eggs, add milk and pepper to taste. Carefully pour over whole pizza. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. This is bound to be a favorite for the kids. Try it for dinner sometime, too.
