1/2 c. oil
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in one egg at a time until well mixed. Add vanilla, stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoonful of dough into powdered sugar, roll around and shape into a ball. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheet (greased). Bake 10-12 minutes. These will burn easy.
