CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 1/3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
Confectioners' sugar

Mix chocolate, sugar, flour, eggs, oil, baking powder and extract; blend well. Add walnuts and chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate dough for 1 hour. Roll dough into 1 inch size balls. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar. Place balls onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or brown paper bag. Flatten balls out. Cook at 350 degrees for 17 minutes. Yields: approximately 3 dozen cookies.
