CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Press in bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. (Spray pan with Pam first). In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add melted chocolate chips, eggs, and vanilla; mix well. Pour into pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 65 minutes or until set. (Should not jiggle in middle - may take up to 1 hour, 20 minutes). Cool, then chill.
