MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. each salt, pepper and pork sausage seasoning

Mix all together. Shape into meatballs. Roll balls in flour mixed with paprika. Brown in fry pan. Put into casserole with 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 2 cups water. Bake 30 minutes.
