BISCUIT TOPPED PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 egg
Salt and pepper and garlic to taste
1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
1 can refrigerated biscuits

Brown chops and put in bottom of casserole. Combine all other ingredients except biscuits. Cut biscuits in 8 pieces and mix into soup and celery mixture. Pour over chops and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes until brown.
