APPLESAUCE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. raisins
3 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. nuts
3 c. sugar
6 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. baking soda
Sm. bottle chopped maraschino cherries

Stir oil, sugar, and applesauce together. (That's right, no eggs!) Sift dry ingredients and add. Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake in cupcake papers at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. No frosting needed.
