APPLESAUCE CUPCAKES 
2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. applesauce
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Combine Bisquick, egg, sugar and cinnamon; add milk, applesauce and oil. Beat. Bake in greased muffin pans 400 degrees for 2 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll cupcake in melted butter and then in sugar and cinnamon.
