AWARD WINNING CHILI 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
6 cans pinto beans
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 heaping tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
Sprinkle of garlic powder

Cook ground chuck and onion until done. Add the rest and cook for one hour.

Add more to taste for more "HEAT".

I make this recipe all the time. I really enjoy it but I change it up adding half the beans with kidney beans. I also will sometimes add a can of rotel? for a little more kick.

It's just fine as the recipe calls for but we always tweak our meals.

Very good CHILI... different places call things differently than others. We call it CHILI and it does have beans in it.
