PORK CHOPS ON RICE 
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 1/3 c. uncooked packaged precooked rice
1 c. orange juice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken with rice soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides; season with salt and pepper. Place rice in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish; pour orange juice over rice. Arrange pork chops on rice. Pour chicken soup over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes. Serves 6.
