HAM LOAF & SAUCE 
2 lbs. pork shoulder
1 lb. ham

Have ground together at meat shop. Mix in 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs and 1 cup tomato sauce. Pack into a pan. Pour one can of tomato soup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 can bouillon soup

Cook in double boiler and add 2 beaten eggs last.
