HAM LOAF FOR A CROWD 
2 1/3 lb. ham
1 2/3 lbs. pork
2 eggs
1 cup cracker crumbs
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 8 oz can Hunt's tomato sauce
salt and pepper, to taste

Put into large greased loaf pans (about 4) or make 24 individual serving in mini loaf pans.

Topping:

3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry (Coleman's) mustard

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour for full size loaves, less for individual size.
