EASY KEY LIME PIE 
1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker pie crust in aluminum pan
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. lime juice
3 egg yolks, any size
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl, pour into pie crust. Bake at 325°F until middle of pie is firm, about 35 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
