DAD'S BAKED PO HONEY CHICKEN | |
Skin and wash chicken pieces. Dip in milk. Season with garlic salt, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and poultry seasoning, roll in Wondra flour. Dip chicken in mixture of egg and a little Dijon mustard mixture whipped together. Roll in Saltine cracker crumbs. Brown chicken lightly in vegetable oil, then place in a roaster. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. |
