DAD'S BAKED PO HONEY CHICKEN 
Skin and wash chicken pieces. Dip in milk. Season with garlic salt, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and poultry seasoning, roll in Wondra flour. Dip chicken in mixture of egg and a little Dijon mustard mixture whipped together. Roll in Saltine cracker crumbs. Brown chicken lightly in vegetable oil, then place in a roaster. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
