MICHAEL'S OVEN FRIED TERIYAKI CHICKEN | |
1 cut up fryer chicken 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs 2 cloves crushed garlic 2/3 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. flour 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. melted butter In a mixing bowl, blend soy sauce, honey, garlic and oil. Set aside. Skin chicken and discard the skin. Place in a shallow baking dish and pour the soy sauce-honey mixture over the chicken. Marinate 1 to 2 hours. In a shallow dish mix together corn flake crumbs and flour. After the marinade time has elapsed, remove chicken from marinade and pour marinade into a shallow dish. Dip chicken in marinade and then dip in flour-crumbs mixture. Place in well sprayed baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. |
