OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 c. low fat buttermilk
2 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper sauce
1 1/4 c. crushed fat free Caesar croutons

Preheat oven to 350°F. In resealable plastic bag, combine chicken, buttermilk, thyme, pepper sauce and refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove chicken. In separate resealable plastic bag, combine chicken and croutons; shake to coat. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Bake 30 minutes turning once.
