TOLL HOUSE PIE | |
Pastry for 9-inch 1-crust pie 2 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. melted butter, cooled 6 oz. (1 c.) chocolate chips 1 c. walnuts 1/2 c. brown sugar Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Make pastry. In large bowl, beat egg until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar, beat well. Blend in butter, stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pie plates. Bake until set, about 1 hour. Serve with whipped or ice cream. |
